Rockwell hardness test:

The blades with high hardness are relatively more wear-resistant in the use process, but the higher the hardness of the blades, the lower the toughness. Therefore, in the case of hard, choosing the appropriate blade material and hardness is the most important material. For example, in metal cutting, if the hardness of the blade is too high, the bevel of the blade is easy to break, so the hardness must be carefully selected and measured. Rockwell hardness tester is a commonly used instrument for measuring wire harness, which is accurate and effective.

Thickness tolerance inspection:

In consideration of the accuracy requirements of customers’ products, sometimes the thickness tolerance of mechanical blades is within 0.0005mm, such as lithium battery slitting blades, tape slitting blades and circular metal slitting blades.Universal adopts a thickness tolerance measuring instrument with automatic reading function, which can easily and effectively measure the thickness tolerance value of the finished mechanical blade and meet the thickness tolerance requirements.

Inner hole inspection:

According to the accuracy requirements of the machine axis and the consideration of convenient tool installation for the machine operator, it is very important to choose the tolerance balance of the inner hole of the blade. If the tolerance is too large, when the blade rotates for cutting, the gravity of the blade moves downward along the axis, so the long-time cutting blade is easy to break and not easy to wear. Universal will design the appropriate tolerance of blade inner hole according to his own experience and the accuracy requirements of the machine, or produce according to the customer's drawings, and strictly test the tolerance of inner hole by measuring instrument according to the drawings.

Flatness and parallelism:

The flatness and parallelism of the machine knives directly affect the accuracy of the cutting products, so it is particularly important to detect the flatness and parallelism of the machine knives. Universal has a professional quality control team, which can test the flatness and parallelism of products to ensure that customers' requirements are fully met.

Vacuum heat treatment

The heat treatment process is the most important link in mechanical cutting tool production. Our company adopt the advanced vacuum heat treatment technology, which is a new heat treatment technology combined with vacuum technology and heat treatment technology. The whole process is carried out in a vacuum state. Almost all conventional heat treatment involved technologies can be achieved, which greatly improves the heat treatment quality and efficiency. Compared with conventional heat treatment, vacuum heat treatment can realize no oxidation, no decarburization, no carburization, small deformation, high comprehensive mechanical properties, removal of phosphorus on the working surface, degreasing and degassing, thus enabling our cutting tools have better surface quality.
