Quality control:

Universal machine knives company has developed a strict quality management system to carefully control the quality of each product. All products are produced in strict accordance with customer drawings or sample standards in the production process. At the stage of finished products warehousing, our company will recheck all products and index the products, and issue inspection reports that can be delivered with the goods to customers as required.

Raw material inspection:

Universal uses American Niton handheld spectrometer to analyze fast and identify the alloy type and metal composition of the raw materials we purchased. Rockwell hardness test:

Therefore, in the case of hard, choosing the appropriate blade material and hardness is the most important material. For example, in metal cutting, if the hardness of the blade is too high, the bevel of the blade is easy to break, so the hardness must be carefully selected and measured. Rockwell hardness tester is a commonly used instrument for measuring wire harness, which is accurate and effective.












Thickness tolerance inspection:

Inner hole inspection:

If the tolerance is too large, when the blade rotates for cutting, the gravity of the blade moves downward along the axis, so the long-time cutting blade is easy to break and not easy to wear. Universal will design the appropriate tolerance of blade inner hole according to his own experience and the accuracy requirements of the machine, or produce according to the customer's drawings, and strictly test the tolerance of inner hole by measuring instrument according to the drawings.

Vacuum heat treatment

Compared with conventional heat treatment, vacuum heat treatment can realize no oxidation, no decarburization, no carburization, small deformation, high comprehensive mechanical properties, removal of phosphorus on the working surface, degreasing and degassing, thus enabling our cutting tools have better surface quality.
