　　Separator disc:and used on the shaft of slitter for separation and guidance of slit narrow materials,facilitating to rewind materials into narrow coils.Because of the heat generated by frequent friction with materials,the separator disc’s abrasion performance and surface finish are required to be extremely high.The surface is polished and chrome plated to improve it’s surface abrasion resistance and fineness.The surface hardness 60-64HRC,and the smoothness within 0.01mm.
