　　The spacer is generally made from 52100, after forging the heat treatment quenching hardness are HRC52-56 respectively.High hardness guarantees the spacer surface will not appear defects due to collision during use affecting the precision of the spacer.Special rust prevention treatment is applied to the spacer to ensure it does not rust under normal use.The surface of the spacer is made by special grinding technology, and after stringent quality testing, all finished products are guaranteed with a flatness of within 0.003mm, thus its precision is well guaranteed.The commonly used spacer rings' width is 0.8mm-150mm. Universal can customize the outer diameter and thickness of the spacer according to the shaft diameter of customers' machines and the slitting material width. Based on the material customers chose, advanced heat treatment and processing grinding process are adopted to ensure the spacer's high hardness and high precision, thus solving spacer's common problems such as low hardness and low precision.
